Booking the Appointment

Pricing is based on the total finished square footage, along with the total amount of delivered photographs. Each Photography Package has a range of delivered photos associated with a listing of that size. Additional features and requests, such as photographing large unfinished spaces, a detached building, neighborhood amenities, etc, may move the Photography Package into the next price bracket. Please keep in mind that every property is different, and we aim to make your experience as personal and unique as the properties we photograph.

All Photography Packages include one complimentary aerial image* and all exterior photographs blue sky swapped. Our interior photography methods use natural and artificial lighting to create clean and vibrant images that reduce or eliminate harsh shadows and color inconsistencies often seen in other types of real estate photography. All media is typically delivered within 24 hours of appointment time, but please allow up to 48 hours for some projects. You will receive an email that links to a personalized webpage with a preview gallery, and a link to download high resolution files sized for web use in a compressed file.

Travel times and fees

All photographers are based out of Winston Salem. Please select the appropriate travel time add-on to ensure each appointment is scheduled accordingly. If the property is located beyond these areas, please contact before booking. All appointments booked without necessary travel time will be rescheduled as needed. Appointments 40+ miles or 40+ minutes (whichever occurs first), from the photographer’s home address will be charged a travel fee of $0.60 a mile (round-trip). Locations that are 60+ minutes away will be charged $0.75 per mile. You can minimize (or sometimes eliminate) travel fees by booking Luke for appointments west or north of Winston Salem, and booking Jenn for appointments east or south of Winston Salem.

Pfafftown, Rural Hall, Stokesdale, Tobaccoville, Walktertown, Walnut Cove, Winston-Salem

Please add +30 minutes for these areas: Archdale, Danbury, East Bend, Greensboro, Lexington, Mocksville, Pilot Mountain, Thomasville, Trinity, Yadkinville

Please add +60 minutes for any property located beyond these areas.
